80|50: Private Residence Club

This proposed 40-unit fractional ownership club is situated adjacent to the new base village in Mammoth Lakes. Working closely with Mammoth Ski Company, the project contains a skybridge connection to the Mountain Center, and will allow members direct access to the new gondola. Retail space and a pleasant pedestrian corridor is provided at street level off of Minaret Road- one of Mammoth’s primary thoroughfares.
